European Union Registration can be used for Amazon’s Brand Registry, in the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Netherland (Benelux), Spain, Belgium, Sweden and Poland. It cannot be used for the United Kingdom, which since Brexit requires a UK (UKIPO) trademark. While trademarks give protection in all Member States of the Union, national trademarks do not protect the trademark owner at EU level.
