Low Risk

Medium Risk
Some potential concerns were found, for example similar marks in related classes or objections an examiner might raise. You may need to adjust your strategy, but registration can still be achieved.
High Risk
Significant conflicts or registrability problems were identified. Before filing, you may need to change the mark, narrow the scope of your goods and services, or consider another approach altogether.
