What to have on hand
Before you place your order for a trademark study, gather these three details:
- Your trademark. This can be a word mark, a logo, or a combined mark (words plus a design).
- Where you want protection. Tell us the country or jurisdiction you are interested in.
- What the mark will cover. Describe the goods or services you plan to offer under the mark. If you already know the Nice Classification class, you can provide that instead.
