About ARIPO
ARIPO, the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization, was created so that English-speaking African countries could pool their resources and exchange information on industrial property matters. Its central aim is to advance technology in ways that support the economic and industrial development of its members.
To reach that aim, ARIPO coordinates strategies that serve all of its member states, works to ensure a skilled workforce with solid knowledge of industrial property law, and offers training and development opportunities in the field.
