Trademark conversations are full of short acronyms. Here are the ones you are most likely to run into:
- EUIPO - the European Union Intellectual Property Office
- EUTM - a European Union Trade Mark, the name now used for what was formerly called a Community Trademark (CTM)
- USPTO - the United States Patent and Trademark Office
- TESS - the USPTO's Trademark Electronic Search System
